by CEC for Life

We have just confirmed that the Alabama medical license for Dr. Leah Torres, the aggressive activist and abortionist recently named Medical Director at West Alabama Women’s Center in Tuscaloosa, has been immediately suspended.

The Order from the Alabama Board of Medical Examiners states that the license, which was only temporary to begin with, was suspended based on fraudulent information provided by Torres on her application. It also states:

Rejoice With Us, Miss T Has Had Her Baby!!

Prolife Advocate, Ellen Hermann, and Miss T.

About 7-8 months ago, Miss T was at West Alabama Women’s Center for an abortion.  By the grace of God, she talked to one of the Prolife advocates who were there on the sidewalk,  changed her mind, and decided to keep her baby.   We have kept up with, & helped, Miss T though these months and now she has given birth to her little guy.   Miss T will never have to regret killing her child.   And right now, her arms are of full of a soft little bundle of love instead of emptiness and regret.  Please pray for Miss T as she starts her life as a mother.  No it won’t be easy, but most of the time, the best things in life are not.

Tuscaloosa, AL – It has been confirmed that the death of a woman who visited the West Alabama Women’s Center abortion facility in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, on May 7, 2020, is under criminal investigation.
A coalition of pro-life groups, including CEC for Life, Life Legal Defense, Operation Rescue, and other Alabama organizations sought the autopsy report for a woman who reportedly died at Druid City Hospital, soon after leaving the Tuscaloosa abortion facility.

The request was submitted on August 5, 2020, by Dr. Patricia Gensemer for “autopsy reports for any females over 14 years of age and under 40 years of age with a date of death for May 7, 2020 in Tuscaloosa County.  Your office confirmed on August 5 that files matching this request are finally available.”
Dr. Gensemer received a written response dated August 27, 2020, from the Alabama Department of Forensic Sciences, which stated in part, “District Attorney Hays Webb has notified the Alabama Department of Forensic Science that this case remains under criminal investigation. . . West Alabama Women’s Center in Tuscaloosa made headlines in May 2020, when the Yellowhammer Fund, a non-profit organization, purchased the business from long-time owner Gloria Gray.

Amanda Reyes, anti-life activist and former Tuscaloosa abortion clinic escort, is the Yellowhammer fund’s founder and director.   Reyes, who had no experience running an abortion facility, took over administration of WAWC – reportedly on the same day in May when one of their first patients died.

Are you hurting from a previous abortion?

Are you hurting from a previous abortion?

There is no right or wrong way to feel after your abortion. Every woman’s experience is unique. Some women feel relieved, and some women regret their decision right away. Some women have deep feelings of loss, and others may not feel much at all.

If you have had an abortion (or know someone who has), maybe you have noticed changes emotionally or physically, and you wonder what has brought on the change. Some women and men who have been involved in an abortion decision have feelings of sadness, loneliness, anger, or a lack of interest in work, school, or even life.

If you’re looking for emotional support after abortion, OptionLine can help you. You can chat with them on their website, text HELPLINE to 313131, send a message, or call  1-800-712-4357. They are ready to help.
