7 Year Old In Need of Foster Home

One of the statements we sometimes hear while on the sidewalk is that, “You ONLY care about children before they are born.” That is wrong since we care about all LIFE, no matter the size, age, or location.

Today we have the opportunity to possibly help a 7 year old girl.   We have been told about a little girl who is in need of foster home. From our understanding, foster parents have to go through training and be “approved” before they have have foster children in their home.

If you have been through the process and would be able to foster children, or know someone else who has, and would be willing to help this little girl, please contact us through our contact form on ProlifeTuscaloosa.com and we will get your information to the appropriate people. Ideally, a home would be found before legal proceedings on Jan. 14.

Please SHARE and thank you for your help!

Truth Time for Torres

As you recall, Dr. Leah Torres, former abortionist in Tuscaloosa had her Alabama medical license suspended in September of this year for fraudulently filling out her medical license application.  It is now time for her to appear before the Alabama State Board of Medical Examiners to explain her actions.   Torres is appealing four counts of fraud made on her original application to perform abortions in Tuscaloosa.

We want all those who love and respect LIFE to bring a sign and meet us at the driveway to the parking lot of the Alabama Board of Medical Examiners at 8:45 am on Monday, December 21st at 848 Washington, Avenue, Montgomery, AL (for the Google Maps link click here).

As concerned citizens, we want to let the Alabama Medical Board know that Alabamians only want honest, ethical, life-giving doctors practicing medicine in Alabama.  Please SHARE THIS important information, especially with those in the Montgomery area, and if possible, make plans to attend.

For more info on the license suspension click here.

Pray For An End

Prolife Tuscaloosa would like to encourage everyone to consider getting your church involved in taking a stand for LIFE in Tuscaloosa.   Chances are that someone in your church has been, or knows someone else who has been, affected by abortion in Tuscaloosa.

Right now, only a group from Holy Spirit Catholic Church regularly comes to West Alabama Women’s Center to pray for an end to abortion in Tuscaloosa.   It is conservatively estimated that there are over 500 churches of different denominations located within 45 min of West Alabama Women’s Center in Tuscaloosa.   Why don’t you get your church involved by regularly (once/week? once/month?) bringing a group of prayer warriors on-sight to pray outside of West Alabama Women’s Center?   The times, days, and group size are up to you.   You do not have to talk to anyone else…just pray.

We can arrange for a Sidewalk Advocate to meet you as many times as needed to make sure you are comfortable being out there.    Former abortion employees have reported that less women get abortions when people are praying on the sidewalk.

Don’t you want to make a difference like that?

Yes, you could just pray at home, but there is something powerful when God’s people come together to pray.

if my people who are called by my name humble themselves, and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and heal their land. 2 Chronicles 7:14

And this is the confidence that we have toward him, that if we ask anything according to his will he hears us. 1 John 5:14

If you are interested in getting your church praying outside of West Alabama Women’s Center, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help you get started.

BREAKING NEWS: Former Tuscaloosa Abortionist Surrenders Medical License During Investigation

Dr. Louis T. Payne, 81 year old former abortionist at West Alabama Women’s Center in Tuscaloosa, voluntarily surrendered his medical license during an investigation by the Alabama State Board of Medical Examiners.

A complaint was made to the Alabama Medical Board in the fall of 2019 when witnesses saw him going into work while his arm looked to be immobilized by his side, as in a sling or harness.   Considering he was the only abortionist in Tuscaloosa at the time, questions were raised as to how Payne could safely do abortions with only one healthy arm.   Other complaints have also been made against Payne, including his repeatedly taking a dog into West Alabama Women’s Center.

As of October 21, 2020, Payne is no longer authorized to practice medicine in Alabama.

Censorship Continues

Just as Prolife and conservative views (such as Prolife Tuscaloosa) are experiencing censorship from Facebook, other big names continue to censor conservative and Christian views. If you’re not aware of RedeemTV check them out. Below is an email we received recently from them explaining their ministry of making and providing clean & conservative entertainment and the censoring that is happening to their content.
